Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records including daily transactions, invoices, and ledgers
Ensure timely tax compliance, payroll processing, and financial reporting
Manage procurement, inventory tracking, and maintain relationships with vendors
Record & update customer databases, agreement renewals, and contract document
Must Have
Knowledge of office administration procedures and systems
Familiarity with procurement, inventory, and vendor management
Skills to handle and record Customer Data Base, renewal and Agreement contracts
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Nice to have
HR & Payroll System Training (e.g., FINSYS, Paywall, or custom HRIS platforms)
Basic training in Nepal Taxation Rules & Compliance
Knowledge of Standard Accounting Policies and Practices
Diploma or short-term course in Administrative Management or Business Operations
