Grantha Network is seeking a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support the company’s overall growth strategy. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, excellent in communication, and capable of handling client requirements with professionalism and timely follow-ups. This role requires strong market awareness, proposal-writing skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expanding business partnerships.  
Sales Strategy & Client Engagement
Lead Generation & Market Research
Proposal Development & Tender Documentation
Communication & Relationship Management
Reporting, Coordination & CRM Updating

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, tender documents, quotations, and presentations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and follow-up sessions. 
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.

Must Have

  • Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT/technology products and solutions.
  • Ability to manage client queries professionally and deliver timely responses.
  • Knowledge of tender preparation, documentation, and proposal drafting

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or solution selling.
  • Strong analytical, research, and reporting abilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Certification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo).
