Grantha Network is looking for a dedicated Network Engineer to manage and maintain our core network infrastructure while ensuring smooth and secure connectivity for all clients. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, be well-organized in handling customer communication and documentation, and prioritize high-impact issues with efficiency. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network performance to deliver reliable and timely support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
- Monitor network performance and security using tools like PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix
- Implement and maintain secure VPN connections (IPSec, SSL VPN) across distributed locations

Manage IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols, NAT, and DHCP/DNS services
Must Have
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs, Routing, switching)
- Experience with configuring and managing firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco, Huawei)
- Basic knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN) and network security principles
- Exposure to load balancing, failover, and high availability network design
